This was for one of my Graphic Design classes. The goal was to create a brochure for a famous designer and design it in style of that designer. I chose Saul Bass when I saw how much he did. His posters has a very sharp, "cut-from-scissors" look, and I tried to mimic that. For the logo, I basically applied Saul Bass' principle for poster design: "Create an image that's used as a visual metaphor that represents the whole movie"; what I did was create a visual metaphor for Saul Bass. I made pupils, glasses and brows thats based on Saul's face, and it looks like Saul is thinking of a new design.
